WHAT WE PROVIDE: All linens, dishwasher detergent/dish soap with a new sponge for each guest, one roll of new toilet paper per bathroom per night of your stay, shampoo/conditioner, one garbage bag per night of your stay. WILDLIFE ADVISORY: As your getaway is nestled in the heart of nature, it’s common to encounter local wildlife such as deer, squirrels, raccoons, and occasionally bears. While these animals are part of the charm of mountain living, it’s important to take precautions to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay: Secure Food & Trash: Always store food indoors and dispose of trash in sealed bins, located outside the garage side yard. Please make sure to clasp the garbage cans after disposing of trash. Avoid leaving any food or scented items outside, as they can attract wildlife. STAY AWARE: If you encounter wildlife, observe from a distance. Do not approach, feed, or interact with animals. Keep Doors Closed: Close doors and windows when not in use to prevent animals from wandering inside. Must be 25 to book. No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the cabin, only on the deck. Children can not be left unattended outside under 12 years old RAIN AND SNOW MONTHS: Please be aware that we are not responsible for any power outages due to harsh weather conditions. We do have candles and flashlights stocked. Please be sure to check the weather prior to booking. If there is snow in the forecast it is best that you have 4WD/AWD vehicle and chains. Per CalTrans you must have chains/cables if traveling in the snow regardless of your vehicle. We do not offer refunds due to power outages, road closures or not having a car that is able to drive well in the snow.
